Now that Margot is on a slight break, slowing down her acting after a busy few years but also because she is currently pregnant, I felt now was a great opportunity to start sharing fashion posts that haven’t been done before. Recently The Wolf of Wall Street celebrated 10 years since it had been released and astonishingly, I have never covered Margot’s fashion as Naomi Lapaglia. So let’s start the journey now!
Our introduction of Naomi is nothing sort of being an iconic moment in cinema. Relaxing seductively on the bed, she wears a La Perla Maison Floral Pink Lace Bra and a matching La Perla Maison Pink Satin lace thong.
Signalling the start of a tempestuous relationship, Naomi meets future husband Jordan while wearing a Herve Leger Vintage 90’s Teal dress, with a similar colour pictured.
A sign of her fashion to come with this designer in the movie, Naomi wears atop her head a pair of Versace 90’s Dark Brown Havana Sunglasses with Gold Metal Accents.
For her first date with Jordan, leading to an “intensive” scene, Naomi wore a vintage Tadashi Shoji 90’s Velvet and Mesh dress.
Adding to the glamour of her look, she sports a pair of Manolo Blahnik Vintage 90’s Pointed Toe Pumps with Ankle Strap Detail.
In a short and arguably not so sweet scene, Naomi enjoys some party time with Jordan while wearing a gorgeous bodycon dress straight from none other than the iconic Herve Leger Spring 1995 Collection.
With Jordan still wooing Naomi, she brought the glamour in a sequined gown by Versace. No exact to be found but it is reminiscent of their Fall 1991 designs.
Perhaps one of the ultimate fan favourite looks from this movie, Naomi unfortunately interrupts a rowdy party, of sorts while wearing a full 90’s vintage military style outfit from Versace.
For the matching pants, she wore a different Versace o ring belt with an iconic lion facade.
Matching the gold hardwear of her clothing, she wore Versace Vintage 1990’s Medusa Knee High Boots.
Featured numerous times throughout the movie, she wore a pair of Versace Medusa Black & Gold Earrings.
Of course she matched her earrings with her Versace Medusa Gold Bracelet.
Atop her perfectly coiffed hair sits a pair of Versace Medusa Black Sunglasses.
In a blink and miss it moment, Naomi carries a Versace Vintage 90’s Medusa Leather Handbag.
Perhaps one of my personal favourite looks from the movie, Naomi is proposed to by Jordan while wearing a Versace Spring 1992 Collection Dress, with a similar one pictured above. Margot in Yellow will always be one of my favourites!
She once again wore her Versace Medusa Black & Gold Earrings.
In one of the most iconic fashion moments of the movie, Naomi marries Jordan in this gown which was created by Lorenzo Caprile in collaboration with the costume designer Sandy Dime.
According to Lorenzo, they had less than a week to design and create the dress! Another tidbit is that Margot wasn’t able to try the dress on as she was filming in New Zealand so a body double was used.
A casual present for Naomi, a yacht of all things, Naomi wears her Versace Medusa Black & Gold Earrings as well as a matching Versace Medusa Gold coin necklace.
Unfortunately I’ve yet to ID her swimsuit or heels but with Naomi relaxing on her new present, she wears a pair of Versace Medusa Large Black sunglasses.
Who who can forget the ICONIC “owl” scene of the movie? Making sure Jordan knows his place, Naomi confronts him while wearing a La Perla Maison Frastaglio Iconic Slip in Black.
Under her slip, she wears a La Perla Maison Frastaglio Iconic Push Up Bra, with a similar pictured above.
Honestly how many times can I use the word iconic in these posts? Another fan favourite look, Naomi wears an Azzedine Alaia 1990 Ribbed Knit Long Sleeve Bodycon Dress (Simlar colour pictured).
Matching her colour palette, she puts Jordan, again, in his place (literally) wearing a pair of 90’s Manolo Blahnik Pink Mary Jane’s.
Unforuantely another unidentified dress, hit me up if you recognise it, Naomi accessorised with a Versace Medusa Gold chain belt, with a similar pictured above.
Pregnant with their second child, Naomi watches on in this scene as she wears a Paco Rabanne 90’s dress, featuring gold hardware on the straps.
Serving looks even with her frustration at Jordan, Naomi wears a Vivienne Tam 90’s Vintage Batik Mesh Maxi Dress.
In perhaps one of the funniest scenes of the movie, Naomi delivers the unfortunate news of her family member dying while serving in a Dolce & Gabbana Vintage Sicily Print Dress, similar pictured above. All this while also carrying Chanel sunglasses and bag.
The climax of the relationship and Naomi’s journey, she fights back against Jordan while wearing a Gucci by Tom Ford Fall 1995 Collection Satin Blouse.
Moments previously, we saw Naomi’s pair of Gucci Leather Knee High Boots.
Hope you enjoyed!
