Inspired by the 2009 50th anniversary release of the original 1977 Barbie doll, Super Star, she wore a custom Armani Privé Hot Pink sequinned gown with a matching Hot Pink tulle boa, as per the original doll design as well as based on what seems to be this Hot Pink tulle gown from their Fall 2022 Couture Collection.

For jewellery, according to @theadventurine, she wore “30 Carat Lorraine Schwartz Diamond studs and a 3 Carat D Flawless old cut Golconda Diamond ring with Natural Vivid Pink Diamonds.”
Lastly, she carried a Judith Leiber Classic Slim Rectangle Clutch in Fuschia Crystal, priced at $2,695.00.
